Section 4. Delivery, assembly, warranty

Section 5. Proof of conformity
- As part of the tender, the bidder provides a technical description of the goods offered (manufacturer, model, characteristics for each item of this annex) and photos or drawings.
- Conformity may be confirmed by a technical passport, certificate or manufacturer's declaration; the contracting authority accepts equivalent documents (the Law, Art. 23 parts 5–6). The list of documents is to be specified by the contracting authority.
- Values “at least” / “from … to …” are limit values; goods with better performance meet the requirements.

Plainly: what is fact here and what is not
- Fact: the spec text, numbers, clauses, overall sizes. All exported by script from the generator and the norms archive on 2026-11-05.
- Generator assumption: ± 5 % tolerance. We found no source of accepted practice, so it is labelled and the contracting authority specifies it.
- Model assumption: everything inside the locker. The shelf, rail, louvres and lock are indicative because the manufacturer publishes no drawings.
- The X-ray is an illustration. Part densities are chosen to show the structure; this is not the physics of steel.
- Not legal advice. The DK code, the split into lots and the tolerance itself should be agreed with a lawyer.
- Speed on real phones has not been measured yet.

Layout calculation assumptions
- compartment width — the smallest among the series cards, not less than required
- ▇▇-…-С bench base: the locker stands on the rear part of the bench, the seat is in front of the locker front (bench depth from the card minus locker depth)
- ▇▇ bench bases stand close together along the whole row and together form a continuous seat (required: bench ≥ 0.3 × 0.8 m)
- rows longer than 36 compartments are not placed: Table 3 of the ДБН does not cover them
- every aisle between lockers, even a dead-end aisle by the wall, is treated as an escape route: width = the greater of Table 3 of ДБН В.2.2-28 and 1.0 m
- ceiling height 3000 mm (not specified in the brief)
- zone by the window/radiator kept free of lockers — 600 mm from the wall; radiator projection, if not specified, — 150 mm
- the aisle width between rows is measured between locker fronts (НПАОП 0.00-1.62-12, cl. 6.10: «the distance between locker fronts»); benches stand in the aisle

How it is made
- For each of the 2420 parts a shader computes the ray's path length inside it, and the transmissions multiply. A sheet edge-on to the ray darkens by itself, as on a radiograph.
- Without WebGL and on phones, the same model is shown as vectors. The spec text, clauses and buttons are in the HTML with no scripts.
